Directions

Adults: Take 1- 2 capsule daily with food, or as professionally advised.
The results of studies confirmed the evening primrose oil's efficacy in women health, but the immediate response should not be expected from it, therefore, it should be regularly used up to 4 or 6 months.

Cautions / Contradictions

If taking blood thinning medication use high doses of EPO only under medical supervision.
EPO should be used with caution for people with schizophrenia if taking phenothiazine
medication (a type of seizure medication) as it can reduce the effectiveness of the drug.

Not suitable for vegans (gelatin capsule).
