No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy, wheat, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or artificial colours.

Directions

Adults: Start with 1 capsule and work your way up to 3 capsules if necessary. May take anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks to start working. Best taken away from food.

Cautions / Contradictions

Not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Not suitable if taking sleeping medication, Parkinson’s medication, or anti-depressant medication
Not suitable for children
5-HTP can cause nausea and diarrhoea in some individuals. It is advised that you stop taking 5-HTP if you experience this.
