Directions

Children 6-12 months: Use half to 1 capsule* daily, only if DHA from breastmilk, formula, or other food sources is insufficient.
Children 1-3 years: Take 1 capsule* daily.
Children from 4 years: Take 2 capsules* daily.
For Children under 12 years old: Twist off end of capsule* and squeeze contents onto food, or directly into mouth.

*Capsule is a clear fish shaped soft gel, to open twist off the tail for easy opening.
