Directions

Maintenance: Adults: Start with 2 capsules daily with a meal or as professionally advised.
Acute: Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with a meal or as professionally advised.

Maintenance: Children (6-12 years): Start with 1 capsule daily with a meal or as professionally advised.
Acute: Children (6 - 12 years): Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal or as professionally advised.
