Directions

Maintenance dose: Adults: Start with 2 capsules daily with a meal or as professionally advised.
Acute dose: Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with a meal or as professionally advised .
Children: 6-12 years: Start with 1 capsule daily with a meal or as professionally advised.
Children: Acute dose: Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal or as professionally advised.
