PLEASE NOTE: The use of the word ‘organic’ does not refer to organic certification. It refers to the chemical form of the magnesium. Eg: Inorganic salts of magnesium include magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride, and organic salts include magnesium citrate, amino acid chelate, lactate, aspartate, and glycinate.

Directions

Take 1 tablet daily or as professionally advised. Best taken in the evening.

High doses may cause loose bowel motions or diarrhoea (this dose will vary from person to person).

Not suitable for those with kidney disease and renal failure.
